We always enjoy our stay here. The cabins are spaced out nicely and feel remote while still being close to town. Cabins are well stocked and Greg is incredibly hospitable should you need anything at all. The private lake provides a nice backdrop against the pines, and a restaurant is on site should you not feel up to cooking. Oh - and they are pet friendly which is a huge plus. We'll be back again soon!

My family had a great time here. Cabin was very nice and clean with all the kitchen necessities. The grounds are beautiful with their own little pond to kayak, lots of activities to keep the family busy(horse shoes, volleyball, corn hole, etc.)and off phones. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Greg and Karen were always friendly and helpful. Will be back for sure.

Snowy Mountain Lodge is amazing!! Everything is taken great care of! The cabin was perfect for our family, clean and cozy! Greg was so accommodating in every way possible! You have got to stop by their restaurant, even if you don’t stay there! Take my word, the artichoke and jalapeño dip, to die for! As well as the toasted pound cake! No pictures because honestly it was too good to photograph! We will be back! Thank y’all for an incredible weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Snowy Mountain Lodge. My husband and I spent 3 nights in Cabin 5. The cabin was cozy and sweet. Perfect for enjoying afternoon thunderstorms on the porch. The cabin is fully equipped with a kitchen, but we treated ourselves to dinner from the lodge's restaurant, Omnivores Eatery, on two nights. We had steak and salmon the first night and they were excellent. On night two, we had great beef and turkey burgers with delicious curly fries. The lodge is located really close to some great hiking and it's wonderful to just stroll around the pond. We will definitely return to Snowy Mountain Lodge.

Enjoyed a peaceful early fall getaway here. Lovely, lovely place situated in the tall pines with very well maintained private log cabins. An easy drive from Phoenix to crystal clear skies, cool nighttime temps and QUIET! Just the sound of the wind in the pines is a thrill.
Fantastic dinners at the Lodge with a surprising menu, much more urban than expected and REALLY good food.
Seriously dog friendly for the well-behaved fury friends. Big plus for us.
Would recommend without hesitation. And it is a four seasons place, ski runs less than ten miles away and each cabin has a gas fireplace/furnace combo that would be great in the winter.

A hidden Gem! We stayed at the lodge for two days/nights, I wish we would’ve taken pictures of the cabin, very nice and modern and clean. We are posting pictures of the restaurant and the food was delicious. These cabins are amazing. They are very clean, and well appointed. I must say also that they did upgrade these cabins and we could not have been happier. The owners are also very nice and accommodating. The restaurant and bar was wonderful. The food is phenomenal. I totally recommend if you are in Greer this is the place to stay.

This was our 2nd time visiting the Snowy Mountain Lodge and it exceed our first visit. Everything was great from the food and drinks at Omnivores restaurant to the cozy cabins and the barn fire to roast marshmallows and smores. The staff was exceptional as always and the owners Karen and Greg are wonderful to deal with. We will definitely be back again soon. If you want a great place to take the kids or just get away and relax this is a great place to enjoy anytime of the year.

Recently enjoyed an early fall escape here and what a treat! Picturesque setting in ponderosa pines with a pond reflecting the clear blue sky. Wonderfully clean, fresh air and amazingly great spring water - better than bottled - right from the tap in our cabin. Really an unexpected pleasure. And the food served in the lodge restaurant is really fantastic - would delight any foodie. The food alone was worth the drive from the Phoenix Valley but when coupled with the setting and accommodations, this place rates as a "must return." ||Special note to dog owners, the owners love dogs and are VERY accomodating with offers of patio service and special attention. Traveling with your dog isn't always easy in smaller communities but when these owners saying "dog friendly" they actually mean it. ||Also noted the consideration of entertainment for children within steps from all the cabins -- sand vollyball court, horseshoe pits, badmitton, croquet, even a canoe and kiake waiting at the pond's edge.||In short, just a great mountain escape!
