We came by on a Wednesday at 10 a.m. and no one was on property to see about renting a unit. I'd call ahead before coming here to see that the manager is here to rent a unit from. Do you no good showing up here when they're supposed to be open but they're not.

I had a horrible experience with CJ, the manager at the Leon Circle location.
I went in to inquire about a storage unit. We had a pleasant conversation about him being from Pine Bluff and knowing a cousin of mine.
We got on the golf cart and looked at a 10x20 unit. It hadn't been swept out and I asked if this would be the one I'm renting. He replied that it would be cleaned or I would be assigned another unit.
Upon return to the office, he looked up some numbers and gave me a price (around $71 per month) and a business card.
Once I settled business with the two storages I had in Pine Bluff, I called CJ back to inform him of my move in date on Saturday, October 5th and to inquire about payment.
He told me that I could pay on that date. I asked what time the office closed, he said 3pm. I then asked, what if I return after 3pm. He responded, just call, I don't live far. (I'm assuming he checks work messages frequently.) 🤷
So, doing as I was told, we show up to Snapbox on Leon Circle around 6pm. Of course, the business is closed and I try several times to contact someone and left messages for CJ, the manager.
We noticed a black car with Tennessee tags, parked on the outside of the gate with orange parking barricades around it.
Then pulls up a white car with female driver and CJ in the passenger seat, and oh....... it's his car!
When I reminded him of our encounter and if I can have access to my unit, he said, "we're closed."
I attempted to jog his memory of our conversations as he continued to get in his car!
I asked him what I was supposed to do, here I am with a 20' U-Haul truck and no storage space! He said his keys were in pine bluff and it wasn't his problem!
I also asked him for his manager/supervisor, he referred me to an 800# on the bldg wall.
He then got in his black car with the young lady in the white car, trailing behind him, leaving me panicked and in awe of what had just taken place.
Rude, uncaring and disrespectful. 👎🤨🤬
I was also out of an extra fee for the U-Haul truck, having to keep it for another day until I could find another storage unit.

I did an online contract. Had to wait till they opened to get gate code but that was fine. They reviewed the things on the contract like you must pay by the 1st or you can't get in and things like that. Then showed me to my unit. This is the part that was different, most places just sit there and point. Asked me if I had and questions. This place can fit a 26' moving truck in both entrance and exit gates. There is enough space between buildings you can be doing things in your unit and others can drive by without you having to move. This is a great place to rent from.

I have had a great experience with this location. I live out of town and had to secure a unit for my disabled father and they were very affordable. Most importantly, the customer service has been excellent. Bryan and Lamar are who I have been interacting with and they have gone above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this self storage.

I really miss my girls, Kayla and Dominique!!! They were always so polite and eager to assist anything I needed. Why are my girls gone You all need to get these ladies back!! Everything was well organized with these ladies on duty!! I've renting from this establishment for 3 years now, and I have enjoyed the business savvy of these ladies and how awesome they display representation of this facility and the company name! Keep up the excellent work ladies! You all will be missed!!!!
