Arrived 1.5 hrs early for appt, got a door right away. Unloading was quick. Girl in the receiving office was rude as hell. First thing she said to me was "who let you in here?" Seriously, that's how you treat someone that's just doing their job?
Whey trying to check out, all the office staff was outside smoking, been standing here for 25 minutes waiting for someone to give me my BOL

Please bring two copies of BOL . Safety vests are must . Follow google directions you will reach there . Restroom is there . Took 3 hours to unload . U can use wifi there as there is no network in that deserted area .

My appointment was at 4pm, and they let me check in at 2. Was very quick to get in a door, but the unloading time was rediculous!! I didn’t get out of there till after 7 pm! Everyone was very nice, but they really need to work on getting us unloaded quicker! Also, my cell service was very sketchy! I did see that they had the password to the guest WiFi posted inside. You’ll need it!

2pm and 10pm thats it no early unload. Security will let you park in yard. But cant check in to appointment time. Cell service is bad i have Verizon. Unloading took about 2.5 hours. Theres a lumper fee too.

It started out good. I called before hand and the lady that I talked to was very pleasant and nice and awnsered all of my questions with ease. When I got here I got in and to a door quickly and begun getting unloaded quite quick to. 230 I got there in a door and was done being unloaded by 3 but...that when the time truly started. Apparently it takes longer to count 2170 items then another drivers 2730 items (btw we both picked up from the exact same shipper as well) who also came on after me by at least half an hour. Idk what exactly happened there but I should've been gone before him by far. Then they said to come in at a green light so I did and when I came inside they asked for the paperwork and Apparently they didn't even bother to start the paper work. Very annoying and personally unprofessional as I used to do this before driving a truck and it doesn't take this long to count and get the paperwork going.

Never going back,,,you arrive on your appointment you wait hours for a door,then you wait hours to unload,,after they unload you ,,you wait hours,,,then they text you to pay your lumper fee,,you wait hours for paperwork.....and they stamp your paperwork for 45min unload...place is a joke....

Watch out, there is No Phone Signal at this facility! So better be sure you have everything before you leave there. Only messenger worked for in few spots. Even though there is Guest wifi they won’t give you password.
Very little drivers room with nothing there.. & just SOS 📡 signal in there.

We were there today delivering one crate for the maintenance dept. We pulled the crate to the
end of the trailer for them, all our freight is marked to where it is going. The lumpers went on the trailer and proceeded to open up three of our other shipments which were clearly marked for their destination. I advise all drivers to check your other freight before you leave. And when I complained to the supervisor he said it was not their fault. They cannot be trusted with your other customers freight.
