Terrible customer service.
They rejected my shipment coming from China after the ship left. Now my goods will be stuck and the port and I will incur fees. I only need to pick up the items I do not need any other services or brokerage! I used my own brokerage all they needed to do was collect the cargo and they dropped the ball.

Truckers, once you turn on Hampton from fondren. Entrance is the first left turn. If you miss it, you may have to back down the street rather than going through the residential area that is marked no trucks. There are no posted signs for truck entrance. Loading is quick. Less than an hour.
