We are backed all the way up to Sycamore Canyon Blvd waiting to get in. I walked up to the guard shack to check in, told, "just get in when you can, appointment doesn't matter today." I assume I'll be sitting here all day. Arrived at 11:30 for my 12:00 appt. It's 12:20 now and not one truck has budged. I'm assuming they overbooked their appointments or something because I've never seen this place this backed up. Luckily I have food on board. Good luck driver.

Update: 15 hours after arrival I was unloaded.

Was expecting a bad experience based on reviews but surprisingly they were pretty decent!! Had a 7am appt arrived @ 6:40am and was given a door right away. Security suggested for more easier I could make a U-Turn around the guard shack to back in on my side (docks are on right hand side so if u go in straight ur gonna have to blind side) After docking into door they began unloading within 30 mins 😯 and took them another 30 mins to complete unload. Was back on the road by 8:30am 🙂

After reading reviews I was concerned. We arrived 7 hours early, our appointment was 8am. You park on tge street and walk up to security to chcek in, we were the only truck parked on the street checking in. We had a load of orange juice. They let us right in and put us in a door. We were unloaded and had our paperwork in 2 hours. When we left 2 trucks parked on the street checking in. Wish all receivers were this easy, security was very nice.

U have to wait in street long line ! No matter appointment! U have to wait in longer ! Management have fix this

They need their operating license revoked! The way they operate, how many trucks they keep on the streets because they can’t keep up with demand is beyond comprehension. Drivers waste 5 hours or more waiting then being directed some weird route around employees parking lot with tight turns not suitable for semis. This has to be reported to California Department of Safety and Transportation

First you park on the road to check in then you will be put in rotation to go through the gate. Been here one and a half hours and haven’t gotten through the gate. Security is very nice but it sucks that it’s the holiday weekend and I won’t get another load

This place sucks. Appointment time was at 12 pm, and it's now 7:30 pm, and I still have not been unloaded. Now I am going to be late for my next load, which was supposed to be picked up at 8 pm. $432 Lumper fee, and I'm still here waiting. This is ridiculous.

YELLOW = where to "U turn"
GREEN = staging line
RED = locations

What to do:
1: Upon arrival, parking in staging line.
2: Walk up to gaurd shack and present bills.
3: Wait in the staging line until it's your turn.
4: Once assigned door, turn into the exit lane to orientate truck properly. "U-TURN"
5: After docking, get with lumpers.
6: They'll call when they're done.

No blindside, take your time, you'll be fine. ✌️
