This place is really tight. Not much room. The yard driver was nice enough to put the trailer I'm the door after I disconnected from it. You have to disconnect anyway while they load or unload you. 3 hour+ to unload pallets. Allowed other drivers to check in after me and check out before me. They were hauling the same thing. Tried asking the unloaders what was going on and they had no clue. They finished unloading me after 1 hour so I just had to sit for 2+ hours for no reason.

Professional and courteous. I arrived early for a 13:00 appointment. However, the product isnt ready. So its been an hour and they haven't touched the my trailer, nor the two other trucks docked along side of me. I gave it 3 stars because once you unhook, they'll let you leave for food etc. I just wish places like this would book appointments closer to the time they'll actually be loading it instead of eating up a driver's clock.I own my trucking business. So I've alreasy put this one down as a 'never return'

Professional customer service. Unloading time was pretty quick. I just don't like when delievering CHEP pallets..its leaves a mess in the trailer and i have to clean it up especially when i didn't cause it. We don't get paid for sanitation work.. Just pickup and deliveries.
