Ordered six chairs and they did not match and the quality was poor and one was even broken. There was a note inside the box saying to contact the company directly which I did receive one callback from a lady named Karen who said she would help. She asked me to send her an email detailing the problems which I did and she has not return my call or email. Now I have to return the products and is my responsibility to find a giant box to send back some recliners and mail them on my own. If you have a couple hundred dollars extra it is better to go with a different company and a better product. I spent an additional $250 and got a far more superior chair

My experience is very similar to the first review. I received 6 chairs. One chair back had a stain and a leg was sawed off by 1/2” short so no way the chair would not wobble. I called Amazon and they spoke with the seller and was told they would send me a new chair. Good luck trying to get a hold of these folks. Nobody answers phone and l left MANY messages stating I would personally bring chair back myself because I live only miles from Powder Springs, ga. No response. Until I called Amazon and this Homall or Max or Simon joint sent me an email THRU Amazon from a lady named Jean.
but she gave NO email or phone that I could text a picture to her or contact her in anyway. Remember they don’t answer or return phone calls.

Below is the email I received verbatim on 3/17:

Dear customer,
We'd like to solve your problem,could you send us some pictures of the defective part?So we could check it and send you the replacement part within 3-5 business days.
We are glad to hear from you.

After many attempts of trying to send someone to proof my issue received another email on 4/4:

Hello,
We apologize for this. Can you help us take some phstos photos please? After we confirm, the replacement part will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Thank you very much for your cooperation and waiting for your reply.

So this where i am. Since Covid 19. , amazon no longer answer and I’m told to contact the SELLER!
This is not over.
