Service from Mrs. Beverly was outstanding she helped every single step of way getting my trailer and getting one built. I had a ton of questions And didn’t hesitate to go out of her way to make sure all was answered. Great experience highly recommend. Any trailer need will be going back. Also soon as I pulled up they had my trailer sitting out ready to be hooked up. Guy guided me back hooked me up and checked tires and made sure all lights work.

Nice friendly folks. I would think the trailer would come with a spare but I guess not. The brakes barely work but I will not blame the trailer until I look at the settings
on my truck.

On Friday June 4, 2021 at 330 pm my 5th wheel threw a wheel bearing.

The entire staff including the sales team, front office, management, and the most important part the mechanics all pulled together.

They where able to find all the parts I needed and fix my trailer to get me back on the road.

I watched them as they fixed my trailer and I was impressed with the competence of the mechanics.

They didn't just repair the broken part, they took the time to thoroughly clean and inspect the entire spindle, tire, rim and brakes.

I was also empressed that as other people finished up with what they were working on, they came over and started assisting with fixing my trailer without having to be asked.

To the owners and managers of Silver Moon Trailers you have a phenomenal staff that not only worked hard, but were very friendly and has teamwork down to a science.

To any potential customers, Silver Moon Trailers had me over the barrel and could have easily gouged me on price, but they treated me right. This is the place you want to go for all your trailer needs. They will treat you fairly and with respect.

Just purchased new a 12’x6’ trailer from Silvermoon Trailers last week, loaded it with a UTV the same day, and it towed perfectly for the 1000 mile trip back to Florida. I’ve been to a least 5 different dealerships in my surrounding area in Louisiana and none of them could even come close to the quality, price, knowledge, and customer service that I received from Matt and April.
