Delightful little airport, with free coffee and a snack tray today.
Very friendly staff like Janelle and the TSA guys, and new and improved Contour jets since last year!

Possibly the worst airport I have had to deal with. They mess up flights, lose luggage and lie to customers. Once, ok things happen. Twice, maybe it’s a fluke. And now 3 times we’ve had issues with flights. They get 5 stars for terrible customer service because they changed our flight on us just calling and saying it was cancelled with no explanation and the customer service rep literally said oh well when we were trying to figure out the issue. Just because you’re the only airport within 100 miles doesn’t mean you have the right to treat your customers like trash. Do better

Wish I could give a 0, southern air cancelled my flight about 10 hours before departure. They put me on a bus so my 45 minute flight went to 3-3.5 bus ride. No refund of any money or any future flight credit. The bus ride was hang on, I would have gotten off if there was another way..
The guy at the airport said they have been waiting on some parts for the plane. And have been waiting for a while, so I asked if they were waiting on the parts when I booked the flight….. yes. So they knew that it was going to be cancelled. Sorry but 115$ for a bus ride from hell is not worth 115$. I could have drove myself a hell of a lot cheaper.
I WOULD NEVER EVER USE SOUTHERN AIRLINE AGAIN!

January 16, 2024 I flew from Show Low to Phoenix. Everything went flawlessly from purchasing a ticket to picking up my bag and everything in between. The crew at the airport was friendly and professional in getting me through whole process. The plane was clean and comfortable and the flight was smooth. I was worried that it would be a rough flight on such a small plane, but we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this flight to anyone and will definitely use this service again.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter was coming in from Phoenix, and they canceled her first flight the night before. She couldn't get all the way across the airport in time to make their shuttle so my husband had to drive from Taylor to Phoenix to pick her up. Today she was supposed to fly back to Phoenix for a connecting flight, but they delayed her flight 5 hours because the plane had issues. So she missed her flight in Phoenix, and once again my husband had to drive her to Phoenix to make her next flight. Save yourself the trouble and just drive up from Phoenix. This "convenience" turned out to be anything but.

The day before my Southern flight it was cancelled. They said the runway was closed today. They put us on a shuttle bus. A 45 minute flight turned into a 3.5 hour bus ride. The driver and counter agent were nice though and the bus was clean.

I've given them a few second chances. On Dec 22, they kept delaying and ultimately canceled my flight due to weather. I had to get my own ride (car) to catch my flight in Phoenix, barely making it.

Today, July 23, the flight was first delayed and then canceled due to maintenance. I lost my money both times.

I can not recommend flights to or from Show low, AZ. The employees are really friendly and the facilities are nice, but the service is unreliable. Instead of trying to have three flights a day offered, maybe focusing on having one flight a day or every couple of days that is reliable.

Southern Airlines is the only carrier at this airport. I've used them twice in the past 6 months. They have a small plane for trips to Phoenix. On both occasions my flight was canceled without a reason. On the 1st occasion they used an Uber to get me home from Phoenix. On this flight they put me in a shuttle for the trip. This is not what I paid for, so I'm a bit upset. I did give 2 stars because their employee was so nice and the shuttle driver was very helpful. Otherwise, the airline would get a 0 from me.
