I had the pleasure of working here for a year. The owners are good people who care about there customers and employees. I loved going to the store but certain negative people have made it very challenging to work here. The owners are dedicated to doing things the right way. They are a positive force in the community. I am going to miss working for them and all the pleasant customers.

This was a wonderful shipping place until current new ownership took it over. Terrible customer service. I would think by other reviews, that by now something would have been done to improve this. Scottsdale Ranch is a great community, we deserve better in our neighborhood.

I use this company to manage all my mailing needs. Currently I'm traveling abroad so I'm using them as a 100% managed mail solution. Their service works perfectly for me and I even had documents Internationally shipped to me and I had no issues receiving them. I love the fact that the only mail that shows up in my "Inbox" is legitimate mail. No more dealing with junk mail. I don't think I'll ever go back to receiving mail at my house if I ever return to America 😊 Highly recommend this mail service 👍

SIDE NOTE: the reviews calling out poor service when the company transition started, while this was somewhat true as of recently they have gone back to their amazing and super responsive service. Take those reviews however you like but I can vouch that service has been picture perfect for me over the last two months.

The 4.6 rating is all the positive reviews from previous ownership before Clymb took over. Gone downhill. Walked in, employees didn’t great me or respond after I said good morning, unfriendly attitudes and stared blankly as I asked them for a USPS flat rate box. They proceeded to tell me it would be $40 for an $18.60 USPS flat rate box or 30.00 for their priority box. Also took 10 minutes for them to enter addresses. and had to be helped with spelling and corrected multiple times. I walked out. Just go to any other shipping location, you’ll get taken for a ride and waste time.

Stay far away. The regular and old Shipping with purpose was great however since they’ve been bought out by Clymbs it’s udder trash. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone/a human. You must leave a voicemail that no one returns. I’ve sent numerous emails and messages to have them ignored. All my calls were always handled quickly in the past and went directly to the store. Now they don’t even respond and have added an automated function which ruins the experience. This place has gone down hill- btw return your emails and calls!

Tyler and his team are fantastic! I have rented a mailbox here for the last 4+ years and I have never once had an issue. They let me know when I have an oversized package delivered and I know its secure. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great investment for a small business to have a mail location and I highly recommend these guys. Thanks

Usually have a good experience when I come in here so I don’t want to discount that. I run an Etsy shop with handmade one of a kind goods. I went to drop off a package and they put the wrong label on it. My customer never received her package and I’m trying to sort out what’s going on. This was 7 days ago and I can’t get an answer. I’ve went in 5 times and Tyler hasn’t been in. Left my phone number and no phone call. No idea what to do and the other employees have no idea what’s going on. I’d like to get this resolved and will be happy to change review if that is at all possible.

*edit - Tyler is resolving the issue as I suspected he would, because he’s a good dude. Just took a little time to catch him which is rare because he’s usually always there!
