Our customer used this broker to set up shipping for 2 Harleys from his house to our dealership. The Harleys are a 2003 Heritage Springer and a 2018 Heritage with Sidecar, both were pristine collector’s bikes. Both Harleys were damaged when they arrived. Before and after photos show it happened during the trip. This broker used a trucking company who’s insurance had lapsed due to non-payment of premium. Neither the broker nor the trucking company is taking responsibility for the damage.

Do not use this company! Our experience with having a car and motorcycle shipped from Valdosta, GA to Kingman, AZ was a complete gong show. Ended up having to drive 560 of the 2150 miles in order to get the shipment as the driver used was stopped by the DOT for being over his allowed transport weight. Shipment was picked up 3 days late and the title was not delivered with the car leaving me unable to cross back over into Canada with the car until it was couriered to me. Owner offered practically no customer service skill and in fact blamed our dissatisfaction on us. FIND ANOTHER SHIPPER than this company!

DHL is horrible they the couldn’t find my apt so they took the package back to the factory instead of contacting me they just took it back then I was told multiple times
That my package would be here then 3 days off them saying that and me calling they finally told me they lost the package this package was for my hair photoshoot / birthday which I can’t do because they lost my package. Horrible company would never recommend
