Superb service every step of the way! When looking around for a 3PL partner for my business, I called and interviewed many. I took the chance with Shipbots and I’m so glad I did! I've been working with the ShipBots team for about 6 months now for our DTC fulfillment and can genuinely say they have been the best 3PL I've worked with to-date (and I've worked with many). First, their pricing is very competitive. Second, they've been really responsive when we have process questions or one-off order questions and have actually been able to triage most of our issues. They also have an easy to use backend which makes it easy to update orders, set up inbound shipments, and set up custom rules. Would highly recommend Payam and his team!

Payam, Andres and the Team have been absolutely incredible throughout the onboarding process and we are now in a steady flow to allow us to focus on scaling. The shipping rates are extremely reasonable and they have been extremely fast to action any issues or mistakes on our end. We also had complicated custom kitting rerquirements which were dealt with swiftly and professionally.

I can't say enough incredible things about this place and the group of people who make it what it is. After several terrible experiences at other 3PL facilities, we were referred to Payam and the team at ShipBots, and it was one of the best things that has happened to our business.

The level of care and attention we've received is beyond anything we'd expect from a vendor. Payam and his team stayed with us at the facility until nearly midnight for several days in a row to get us onboarded and set up before our first sale, testing every single part of the process and configuring our inventory correctly. The facility is extremely high-tech, and the integrations with our entire tech stack are unmatched.

Their customer service pipeline and infrastructure have resulted in our customers (thousands upon thousands of orders) rating customer service over 4.9 stars out of 5. Any issues we have are resolved in a very timely manner, and they have an entire team in the warehouse responding in less than 20 minutes via Slack and resolving our tickets instantly (Gera, Cynthia, Carolina, and Ana, you all are the best!!).

Payam responds to us at all hours of the day, and it feels like we are his only client (and I know we can be a difficult client lol). I have referred ShipBots to everyone I know in the e-commerce space, and I always call it the "Rolls Royce" of fulfillment centers because that's what it feels like. I could rave about this place all day and really appreciate what they've done for our business.

TLDR: Excellent high-tech facility with an incredible team of caring and hard-working individuals. The owner is extremely involved and takes customer service to a whole new level.

BEWARE! Why does my review keep getting taken down? @Google, I have invoices, emails and receipts if you need proof that this experience is real. Clearly these guys know how to game the system. I wouldn't trust a single 5* review on here. This is the most unethical company I have ever worked with. As soon as all of our inventory was in transit to their office, they asked me to come into their office to meet and then told me that the rates need to essentially double and that they weren't going to honor anything agreed one. They never once billed me accurately and then when I only paid according to the rates they agreed they stopped shipping ALL orders (absolute nightmare) and held my inventory hostage until I paid them tens of thousands of dollars that weren't owed. They had all the leverage and knew that my business would tank if I didn't get my inventory out of there asap. They took complete advantage and are the most dishonest pair I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Payam has zero ethics. I cannot emphasize strongly enough that you run FAR from this business. They will lie, cheat and steal from you. STAY AWAY unless your are prepared for a legal battle and the biggest nightmare your business will ever face.
