I made an Identgo fingerprinting appointment and arrived early. I was told that I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. Thankfully, I only had to wait 20 minutes, but this is still a VERY long wait for a fingerprinting APPOINTMENT. I was in and out in less than 5 min for a PrintScan apmt at a nearby UPS on the very same day. 1 star for the wait.

I had fingerprinting done there in August. I called before I arrived to verify that they were open. The man who answered was very nice and helpful. The female employee who took my fingerprints that day was not super friendly; just okay. My company had trouble locating the fingerprint report a couple of weeks later, so it turned into a long process of me contacting IdentoGo and the Tennessee Bureau of Investiagation to see where the report was. For the sake of future customers, it would be helpful if store personnel had better access to LIVE IdentoGo customer service when there are issues with a customer's fingerprint and background check report.

The owner was SO helpful with doing my livescan printing and shipping off my paperwork. Listened when I complained about how long I looked for somewhere that would do livescan printing and how no one does them for out of state in Chattanooga. He is quick , friendly and a great multitasker. Thank you again!!

I had a very challenging third world delivery to ship internationally with customs clearance and local courier involvement and the ship store was incredibly helpful with the process including the harmonization codes and customer support for getting my package delivered. It finally arrived to my recipient and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I will be back for sure….. I highly recommend the ship store to anyone in the Ooltewah area.

This is a fantastic mom and pop shipping store. Anytime I need to drop off an online return. It’s the fastest easiest most friendly In-N-Out experience you can find anywhere in this part of town.
