Very clean & air conditioned unit. Trolley Carts are available for use (free) and plenty of space in the hallway to move items and belongings into unit. Gated area with surveillance camera. Secure & safe! They even provide you with a personal lock for your unit! 10/10 recommend!

Walked in at the last min. Mr Brian Wilson was so nice and helped me. He showed me my unit and got the paperwork started. He not computer savvy but he did very well. I told him to “take his time I’m in no rush”and he was excellent on explaining the rules and policies of the company and took him time answering all my questions. I feel safe with my stuff at “Sherwood Self Storage on Kiehl”

Washer Dryer damaged after rental of a truck without dolly. Tonya and Doyle harassment threats 2 call the police. Parking vehicle in front of unit. Sitting in my car stating u cannot sit on the property. Indicating I'm sleep in the unit. Call customer service 2 make a complaint. Told u leave property. I have paid upto 10.3.24. Racist behavior. I sold items out the unit on Facebook Marketplace prior I did have item 4sale an corrected that movement. TONYA calling me baby an girl I did not consent. DOYLE THREATS of jail an police when I sold an item an had not put the items back in the storage. ANGIE THREATS OF EVICTION OF UNIT AFTER PAID UPTO 10.3.24. WHEN PAYMENT WAS MADE INFORMED DOYLE THAT I WOULD NOT CONTINUE UNIT AND WAS HARRASS FOR PROVIDING A VERBAL NOTICE 2 VACATE UNIT. 13 DAYS AN IM OUT. JUST WANT PEACE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
