Very rude and disrespectful people to the drivers. Especially the guy at the shipping and receiving office he is rude, mean and useless.
Loading time is too long.

I showed up at 4:00 am for an 8:00-3:00 first come pickup and was behind 14 trucks . So I thought. Michael the infamous Grey bearded man informed me those trucks are for a different company renting space. It is 8:00 am and I am in a dock with paperwork and seal in hand waiting to be loaded. Very professional and efficiently run facility. By the way Michael rocks a goatee .

Just verified this review “The gentleman with gray beard that checks you in is mentally unstable.” Totally understand that he is doing his job, but apparently he is too aggressive. I pulled in the parking lot a little bit fast because it is a huge empty space. He came to me like wanted to beat me up. He told me I should wait outside and then walk to the office to check in. Also the way I drove in was unrespectful. He forgave me after I kept saying sorry. I could get the unload done. Never argue with this type of person he would reject your load. Below are the rules for this place. Hopefully it would avoid some unnecessary hassle.

1. NEVER PULL INTO THE PARKING LOT LIKE OTHER PLACES even it is empty. He will be mad.

2. Stop before the STOP sign, then go the the office (next to the stop sign)to check in.

3. If there are trucks waiting before the stop sign, then stop at the dirt ground outside, then walk to the office check in. He may ask you to wait on the bench outside if he is dealing with other people.

4. Back into the assigned dock, chock the wheel, unplug the trailer air line. Wait for loading/unloading. They will let you know once it is done.

Fast loading. Nice staff. In and out in 35 mins. Nothing wrong with a man with gray beard. He was very polite and respectful. Saw him getting angry with drivers not reading the sign and driving straight into the yard. He just wants to keep the yard disciplined and drivers to read signs by the gate. Park Outside and walk to the shipping office and all will go well

Not bad! Truck drivers make it difficult, not having the correct or pertinent information for check in and trying to cut the line

First come first serve. Thay schedule to many trucks for day and take extremely long time to get to you seven hours to get loaded is not the way to treat people. The guy that checks you in has vary little people skills and comes across short and rude but he is vary nice just follow the rules that are not posted and plan on long waiting and you will be good. This place would be good if thay at least got you in and out. Seven hours for a load that is only 300 miles is not worth it.

Shipping manager has a specific process due to the fact he loads 50 trailers a day. Just follow the process and you will be fine. They usually don't take long to load. Park across the street and check in. He will tell you when to come in and what dock door to go in.

I got yelled at by the bearded guy and was about 2 words away from telling him never mind I’ll leave and go find a load somewhere else. (Not a company driver). But then realized he has mental problems as he talks like my ex wife. so I jumped through the hoop. After you jump through the hoops it’s all good. Much respect to the owners for employing the mentality handicapped. People with mental problems need jobs to.
