I will say the guy at the security office is super nice! Got to a door pretty quick except I got here at 1700 so I was early. I understand I will have to wait a little bit. My appointment was at 1800. Only problem is it is now going on 2200 I still am waiting for them to load me. I have watched over 10 other trucks if not more come and go after me and get loaded and leave right away. This load needs to be delivered by tomorrow morning that is not gonna happen and will not be my fault. They obviously don’t care. I will be denying these loads from now on. I guess this one is also a.k.a. West rock I hate West rock loads because of this. Definitely not busy. There’s only two other trucks here with me. Who came here after me. Both are being loaded. What is going on?

Second time here delivering. I don’t know if it’s my luck but second time and still good. Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment which was at 9 o’clock, check in took three minutes with a very nice lady upfront, received a duck immediately, and in five minutes, they began offloading me. Overnight parking is available, which is always the most important thing for me because when you’re tired, you hate to go look for a crowded places. So pretty happy with this place so far.

Be ready with a pickup number that starts with 99. No human contact checking in or out. They text you all your instructions. I was in and out in 2 hours. Maybe it was a slow freight day for them, idk. Back in with doors closed but put a strap inside first. Also, THEY SWEEP YOUR TRAILER OUT FOR YOU! 👍👏 (I would still recommend taking out any big debris ahead of time as a courtesy/thank you.) I had to leave a 5-star review for this alone.

Waited five hours for a door, four after my appointment time. I was able to park overnight and the entrance street. They had a code to scan for check in, but it didn’t work for me after that.

Use scan code to check in. It's easy, and simple (I'm not technically savvy and don't like it, but it worked.) You check out the same way and get printed bills at guard shack. It's a blind load, leave your doors closed, they open/close/and seal from inside. They also specify how many load locks/straps you need to put in back of trailer before you back in. Remember, leave doors closed. There is a little bit of overnight off street parking. The only problem, it took 4 hrs to load, I was right in middle of watching an important program on streaming tv (World of Outlaw sprint car race), and got the green light. LOL. Never did get loaded. I was in line and I checked in 35 minutes after my appointment time waiting on my dock 6 hours they said I was a fill in because I checked in at 35 minutes past my dile in. They took so long I missed my delivery so the broker canceled the loaded.
I found out the forklift operator was new n slow so I got blamed. I will never go back again

Plenty of parking easy back.up but it took me 5 hours to load me up .. suggested don't come coz when i check out its arround more than 40 trucks to wait for dock .. too slow
