I had a drop and hook. Arrived around 6:45 a.m.. There was plenty of parking in available in the gravel lot. The door for check in is clearly marked. Go inside, use kiosk to check in and out. During check in, you have to call the extension listed on the papers on the wall. My issue was the attitude of the guy that answered the phone. He clearly didn’t want to talk to other humans or be at work. Other than that, the process was simple enough. We’re truck drivers. We’re used to being treated like this, so I’ll get over it before I leave the parking lot, but goodness… if you don’t like your job, go somewhere else. Bad attitudes are contagious.

Before I got here, of course I went here to see reviews, what to expect when I get there... I was really hoping that that office lady from this reviews won't be working that day but she was there... Like I'm doing my job... I got there to pick up the load, if it wasn't me, then some other driver... you need us... respect drivers!!! At least you can do it to be normal, not rude... she really make me feel uncomfortable there. I wasn't hearing her well so I ask her to repeat something, and she gave me attitude. It was my first time here, so of course, I'll ask whatever I need to make sure I'll do everything right.
On Google Maps, it said they are open 24 hours, but they open at 10 am. They do have restroom you can use. Paperwork took 10 - 15 minutes. They got me loaded in like an hour and a half, not bad. There is plenty of space to park. But 3 starts because of the bad experience with office lady.

This is one of the worst place to pick up a load. Arrived early at 10 AM my appointment 2 PM. I checked In 2 pm and and I got dock only 5:45 pm, Took forever to load my truck and finally finished loading the truck around 8:30 pm

I've been here a few times and it's hit and miss with if you get good loaders or slow loaders. This time I was put in the door 30 min after I arrived and sat for 4 hours making my delivery impossible and had to reschedule. Also, if you only have one restroom it should at least have toilet paper in it. The restroom was nasty dirty. People were ok but my loader was new and slow.

Got there early in the morning my appointment was for 7pm. I figured I would just check in and do my 10 hour break until my appointment I checked into and checked out of the kiosk and didn’t have to encounter anyone besides the person on the phone who was nice. Got called to the dock assigned, waited about 45 minutes before they started loading me because at that time they only had 2 loaders and waited another hour to an hour and a half and they were done. All in all I had a pleasant experience

HR doesn't want to answer the phone. And when they did I talked with dude about my application. He said okay great checked off all the boxes said I'll hear back that afternoon about a decision. Never heard anything back and have not answered the phone since. Do NOT recommend

They told me to go dock and holding 4 hours. Communicated several times, and they told me, that they would be loading very soon. No thanks

Dear Shearers & Truckers,

My personal experience of the outbound shipment I came to pickup, wasn’t very pleasant.

Arrived at 10:55am for an 11:00am appointment. Checked in & got a door quickly, but sat and waited more than 4+ hours for a load that isn’t more than 10K-15K.

Please be better at professionally loading drivers, we have a clock & driver boundaries that we’d like to always adhere to. Now the the schedule of my weekend is in shambles; due to the lack of excellency in this one shipment.

Dont give drivers a time to be on time, & you all can’t reciprocate it yourself.

This place isn’t a place I’d like to return and run any shipments for again! Thanks.
