I called SharkNinja because I had accidentally put my ninja foodie on the stove, must have bumped the nob and turned on the stove which burned the bottom of my ninja foodie. I called Shark Ninja to find out if it would be possible to order the bottom plate to my ninja since the outside plate had melted and no wires were visibly damaged. After speaking with the customer service agent, whose name I’m sorry, I can’t remember, was able to see the damage and what I was talking about. After a few questions, he said that he could not find that part but instead he would replace my Ninja Foodie with a brand new one. I have never had any company ever replace anything let alone something that was my fault completely. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness, and I am still pinching myself that I am getting a brand new one. This is absolutely the way to run a company and I wish all companies would repay their loyal customers with such kindness. By the way, this will be my fifth ninja foodie. It’s the best invention since sliced bread! I don’t even remember the last time I used my stove or oven for anything. Thank you Ninja!! I have posted a picture of my damaged ninja and will post another picture as soon as I receive the new one.

Drop and Hook customer in Chino for JB Hunt Intermodal. Very spacious location with lots of maneuver room for truck and trailer.

The delay in refund processing and customer service responsiveness is not the best. They initially stated that refunds would be processed within 5 to 10 business days, but it has been over 20 business days now. After reaching out 3 times, they responded, requesting an additional 5 to 10 business days.

First things first, the people who work here are very nice and did their best to keep me informed of my load's progress. One of the guards was also quick to get me in and out.

I had an appointment to pick up a preload at 1800 on a Tuesday. Arrived three hours early, they were in complete chaos. Lots of drivers waiting around, packed yard, no one seemed to know what was happening. Ended up running out of hours, had to pick up the next day.

Still complete chaos the next day, took over an hour to get my preloaded trailer. If you come here, expect to wait and come in with plenty of hours. Local guys must love this place, but it's not great for OTR.

Went for an offline event near Lazada One for 12.12. This plump lady was super rude, kept chasing me away even I am quite curious to find out more. She was super impatient and asked “what’s your issue ah?” Keen to buy but scared away by such rude staff. Please hire better staff please. Will not consider for now for such bad service.

Not a good place to work at...if youre a unloader..its worse..the people who are hired expect you to know what they know and do without FULLY explaining the process to you 1st and get instantly frustrated with you when you dont pick what theyve known for months in a few minutes..they then get mad and talk bad about you to the supervisors/managers...its all downhill from there.they(managers of recieving) wont give you a chance at all to learn once this happens..but will tell you you may get hired at 16 hr which doesnt happen...typical bad warehouse job where if you arent kissing arse to one employee...they go around and put you down.go somewhere else and avoid this uneccessary b.s.youve been warned!
