My boyfriend and I visited this spot after it was recommended by a fellow passenger on a flight. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, with hardly any crowd. The customer service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant itself was clean, and the menu featured the usual BBQ shack offerings.

The food, however, was disappointing. I ordered the cut-up chicken combo with beans and macaroni, accompanied by Texas toast. My boyfriend had the 1/2 chicken with macaroni and fries, also served with Texas toast. We chose to dine in, and the food arrived quickly.

My chicken was more shredded than cut up and lacked flavor, tasting as if it had been boiled and then doused in sauce with little seasoning. There were four sauce options available besides the standard one they used on the meat. The macaroni was reminiscent of KFC’s, while the baked beans were overly sweet without any balancing flavors. The Texas toast was lightly toasted and buttered on one side but lacked the crunch you’d expect.

For a quick meal to satisfy hunger, this place is fine. However, if you’re seeking flavorful BBQ, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. They do offer plenty of plasticware, wet naps, toothpicks, and other essentials to accompany your meal. Overall, I’d rate it 3/5, and that’s being generous simply because of the atmosphere and friendly customer service.

Nice lunch portion to try variety of meat. Good flavor and original BBQ sauce was nice. Nothing too overpowering. Delivery via DDash. Will definitely stop in for pickup and get more delicious items.

They were friendly. Super Fast! The food was good… really good… just one thing.. they did not give me any sauce for my pulled pork. Every other restaurant gives you their sweet stuff or ask you. That was a major let down! I didn’t know I had to ask. I would think it’s common to give it. Sauce is always given.

Ordered DD. We ordered the Rib and Pork plate. The Ribs were overdone and dry. The Mac n cheese was bland. The French fries were soggy frozen fries. The most disappointing thing were the peach cobblers. Terrible. Tasted bad, couldn’t eat them. Will not be ordering again.

The food is terrible, meat is overcooked chicken was hard to chew. Soggy and cold fries and the manager is terrible when you call to explain your experience she hangs up in your face. Very unprofessional and my experience was terrible. I'll never eat here or spend money with this location.

My husband and I travel all over the country for business and leisure. We always make it a priority to try the local bbq wherever we are. That being said, this is by far the worst "food" we have ever been served. I say food as this is not bbq!!! $60 for over-cooked ribs, with no rub and certainly not smoked. Box macaroni and cheese! Loaded fries were nothing to get excited about - cheese whiz and pork. Potato salad wasn't half bad, but the serving was about 3 spoon fulls. Overall, the ribs should have been the highlight of the meal and were absolutely terrible. Definitely not "low and slow!" Doordash has 5400+ reviews with 4.6 stars. Pretty sure that was paid for as Google shows many reviews similar to mines.

Great service. From out of town. Rib shack was the name, surely they have good ribs. Not so much. I believe store bought heat up ribs would be a better option.

Im from kansas City. This doesnt even resemble Q. One bite and my spouse and i threw it out. I was pissed to say the least. This is not Q. Its tasteless, bland to a fault. Its simply a half ass atempt for Q. False advertisemen shamless Shane
