People Got Personal Things That Need To Be Handled And They Want You Setting Appointments And Get Back To You In 3 Business Days After Smh I'm Still Waiting 2 Months . Delivered a load on 12/24/23. Checked in at 8 am. and was told to wait. 2 hrs past, nobody took care of us. Finally, the receiving guy came. He did know we were there.

Got here early .told to come back at 1600 than 1709 they took me at 1715 for a 1830 appointment.
Parking on street before turning up to truck gate. Only taking 1 truck at a time but yard driver is busy on other side for somebody.go in frt of company take a left to a dead end street turn left at end if it

I’m a owner op based out of vegas this location requires appointment so don’t let the broker tell you they’ll work you in because they won’t- very strict on deliveries I’ll be sure to pass on these loads in the future
