Brian serviced my AC unit today and he was absolutely great. He was very efficient, thorough, respectful and kind. He knew what he was doing, gave me tips and answered my questions on maintaining filter and temperatures. He was considerate and worked around when I could meet him from work, went to his next call and then came back to me when he was able to. I am very pleased, keep this technician, he is gold!

Technician was exceptionally well prepared and purformed a excellent inspection of my air conditioner. He gave us different suggestions to either repair and take a chance other problems could happen adding more costs to unit due to being 11 years old, or buy a new unit with great warranty and operate more efficiently. Highly recommend!

Senica was fantastic! We needed an emergency service and they came right out. The two gentlemen who can were super knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining everything to me and answering my many questions. They fixed the issue quickly. They also wore booties inside my home which is a big deal for me as we are a shoe free home for a plethora of reasons. I was truly impressed with Senica and I definitely think we’ve found our new AC company.

Had my first maintenance appt today with service tech Daniel R and what a pleasure it was. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. I do not regret going with Seneca as my ac maintenance company. We even had a UV light and transformer installed. Thanks Seneca and thank you Daniel, you were AWESOME!!!
