As a customer of Selery, I have been working with them for our fulfillment needs for several months now and couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the very beginning, their team was professional, efficient, and extremely responsive. I have had an amazing experience working directly with Mary, Keisy, and Lupe on our account. The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and clearly runs on a well-structured system. Orders are picked, packed, and shipped quickly, which has significantly improved our delivery times to customers. Additionally, their tracking system is user-friendly and provides real-time updates, so we always know where our inventory stands. We are very happy with their service and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

I can not say enough great things about Anie and the rest of the team at Selery. From implementation to day-to-day work, they have always taken the time to answer any of our questions, work through processes/packaging, shipping, etc.

We ask for a lot from them and they always go above and beyond to assist us. I feel very confident in their ability to handle whatever we throw at them. Truly some of the best customer service I've ever encountered.

I've been a customer with Selery for over a year, and I'm extremely happy with their service.

My orders are picked and packed in excellent time, and their customer service reps provide fast communication by email. Picking accuracy has been fantastic, and for the rare occasion we have an issue with a missing item, it's addressed quickly and openly. It's a breath of fresh air to deal with a 3PL that's honest and helps resolve issues.

I'm based in Australia, so it's important to me and my business that I can trust my US 3PL, and that they can operate with minimal (or no) input from me or my team. Most of my orders are received during the night Australian time, and they're generally already dispatched by the time I wake up.

My orders range from 4 or 5 pairs of socks to up to 1000, and Selery can handle both our retail and B2B orders without an issue.

The software used to integrate with their warehouse is Shiphero, which is well built out and offers many features we appreciate such as order merge, low stock notifications, bundles etc. You will need to learn the ins and outs of the software as it applies to your business, which took a little time to do.

If you're looking for a 3PL with capacity to scale your business, I'd highly recommend Selery. I refer other ecomm business owners to Selery regularly and will continue to do so. I just wish I could get a 3PL as good in Australia!

I moved to Selery from a previous 3PL. The issues I was having disappeared immediately. As an example if I have a backorder the system at Selery will automatically allocate and ship the moment new inventory arrives. Requiring no input from me.

The shipments leave on a timely basis, and I receive virtually no customer complaints. Obviously it isn't a perfect world and the moment there is an issue it is dealt with promptly and efficiently.

All in all I would say Selery have contributed greatly to my ability to grow my business over the last twelve months.

I wish I could leave 10 stars! We've been working with the Selery team for the past 2 years and they never fail to amaze us. Their whole team has been incredible to work with. Our requests are always fulfilled promptly and accurately. We highly recommend Selery for any fulfillment needs!

As a newcomer to Selery, my experience has been better than expected. Onboarding with Traci was amazing and I appreciated her patience with explaining the details to me. This was a huge leap for our company as we previously managed our own warehouse. The team helped us get all of our items scheduled from Memphis to TX, which was a big undertaking.

Once our inventory arrived, their team worked with us to get all pending orders shipped that were still in the system. As with anything new, there are some hiccups, which is to be expected.

I can definitely see us growing with Selery. It works best for us because we live in the DFW area and can reach the facility within 30 minutes or less.

If I were asked to offer any feedback, one thing:
1 - Training on how to use ShipHero system. As someone previously using Shipstation, ShipHero was foreign to us, and we're still trying to figure out some things.

All in all I am currently enjoying the experience working with Selery!

Awful 3PL that will forget about you and incorrectly charge your account for months while ignoring emails and phone calls. Jackie W will charge you whatever she is told to do, then asking Rory B to fix it will result in intermittent results and mostly out of office replies to email.

Selery did not fully migrate my shop from 3PL Central to ShipHero and then incorrectly charged me for twice the pallet space. I had to correct this 5 months in a row and it is still not fixed. Selery stopped responding to emails and now I've had to keep calling to get a fix, which still isn't in place. Now there's a $500 fee monthly for just my account due to THEIR MISTAKES!

Stay far far away from Selery. They will bury you and your account, charge you outrageous prices after screwing up your inventory and accounting, then blame each other without taking responsibility. Selery will NOT make things right with you and they hold you 100% accountable and you'll have to claw your money back from them once it's in their accounts. STAY AWAY!

edit: Selery's claim below that they have previously reached out is false. I had to reach out. Multiple times. And again today, just to get stonewalled from Eva about an update. They flat out won't speak to me "until they get a resolution in place" and won't let me move my inventory because I disputed their new $500 monthly service charge. Essentially they are holding my inventory hostage due to their new account stipulations. To be clear, I am not behind on payments, this is a dispute over June 2024's inventory storage fees and their new $500 minimum fulfillment fee that was forced onto me without my consent.

You can count on a reliable service with these guys. The large truck deliveries are on the side. Continue to drive to the end of the route and you will be able to see the front door.
