I live in a community of townhouses, where you must walk down a walkway to get to our front door. Delivery driver marked me as away instead of walking down the walkway to find my house. I heard the truck pull in, they were gone before I could get out to see if the guy was there.

The worst delivery service I have ever had to work with. I will no longer purchase items that use this company. Incredibly unprofessional and rude customer service. No delivery scheduled, took 5+ business days to even hear back from someone, was put on hold for 1 hr+ with no call back and just incompetent beyond belief. I will not use this company or products that ship through this company ever again. Was given numbers where the managers wouldn’t answer, sent straight to voicemail and all inboxes were full. The most rude customer service and if I could give this company zero stars, I would.

had a sectional couch delivered to my home via a third party company they contract because they do not deliver to my area. no phone call no appointment set up at all. It just happened that I was working from home that day when my doorbell rang and it was a single delivery person. I had to assist him in bringing in the furniture even though it was a white glove in home set up delivery. I have an upcoming delivery estimated in a few days with the same type of setup I'm guessing that I will again have no phone call or warning.

Well, reviews say it all, stay away. Just had an "attempted delivery", kind of. Took a day off work, arrange and paid contractors, arranged everything to install the item. And an hour into delivery window noticed a paper at my door... The driver, apparently, had already "attempted to deliver", was calling me many times leaving voicemails, knocking on the door, unsuccessfully. While I was at home, with a few more members of my family, my phone turned on an working - no missed calls, interesting.
Now, I have to reschedule everything which will cost me money and time, and hoping my tub will come in one piece.
Even when scheduling, office stuff sounded annoyed. No wonder you have below average rating.

Worst delivery company.
Was told by the company that they will deliver from 10:00 - 2:00 PM and told them we are at second floor.
Delivery person came 3 hours late and says that he cannot bring it up and it is only him and the package takes 2 people. Also it was too dark.
If he came in the said time window it would not be dark.
One of my household member has to take that day off just to receive the package, but it is all for nothing.
Complete waste of time and money, this company can't keep their promises which is really bad.
This company has no integrity.

12/18/2017 update..
Delivery was not done today either because their excuse was they could not fit the item on the truck.

BE AWARE... The drivers are dishonest and will try to extort money from unwitting customers. If your delivery says Threshold Delivery, that means they are supposed to deliver the item to INSIDE of your house. Your drive way or porch is not considered threshold.. that is considered curb-side.

Two delivery guys showed up at our house within the given time frame and dropped off our couch in the drive way. My wife asked if they could at least bring the couch inside the garage and they said "this is not an inside delivery and our paperwork doesn't say anything about inside delivery - its curbside".

Then they told my wife "if you take care of us we'll take care of you", and my wife asked them to leave.

We looked at the paperwork and it said "Threshold delivery". Then we called their dispatch and verified the item was supposed to be brought into the first threshold and into the house. We didn't stop there.. we also called Home Decorators which uses these guys as their delivery service and verified again that the couch was supposed to be brought inside the house.

One Star for hiring dishonest delivery drivers.

Unbelievably bad. The distance between pickup and delivery was 353 miles. 11 days later still no delivery. That is exactly 1.33 miles an hour between locations. You could walk to my house and back turn around and be half way back again in that time. When I called when they missed there original delivery they said they would delivery next day. Nothing. Called again and told oh still on dock will delivery the next day. You could tell she didn't have a clue. But you need to judge the companies that use this service and rate them poorly. They had a choose. They know how poor this company is and they decided to go with them anyway.

This must be the worst delivery service in the area. They called me to schedule a delivery time, but proceed to tell me that I must be available between the hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. I told them I work during those hours (like most other Americans). I asked for a weekend or another time window. He (Cesar) says that they are only available Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., but will ask about an after hours delivery. This guy never called me back. I had to call them multiple times. They kept telling me they were waiting on approval from the shipper. After over a week, I called the shipper and they told me there was no such thing as an approval process. So, I had to call Seko back. They finally came out with the truth after calling them MULTIPLE TIMES...the only way they would put me on the schedule was if I paid an ADDITIONAL $80 to ship after 1 p.m.!! They had my furniture for over a week. In reality they just wanted more money. Complete rip off. I canceled all current and future deliveries because my shipper only uses Seko. No worries. They can pay to ship the furniture back because I'm not paying additional monies to have my furniture delivered during normal business hours.
