I am so happy that I contacted Secure Space Self Storage on Lonus Street. Joe, the manager was incredibly helpful when I asked if he had a certain sized storage unit. Although one was not available he said that he knew one would be opening in a day or so and he called me when the former client checked out. I was able to go on line and immediately secure that space. When I arrived the next day to start moving in my items, Joe was there and personally walked me to the unit and showed me how the door locks worked. The level of cleanliness and customer service was much appreciated. Thank you Secure Space!

The property, including the units, are clean, secure, and well-managed, which is hands down due to the facility manager, Joe. He goes above and beyond not just to keep the property clean, but to make sure every customer feels at ease and safe storing their belongings there. Without doubt this has been the best storage unit my husband and I have ever rented from within the bay area. Joe is the reason we’re loyal customers, and we’re so grateful for his dedication in what he does. We honestly wouldn’t consider storing our belongings anywhere else.

I've been a customer of Secure Storage for over a year now. Whenever I have an interaction with staff, they are always so friendly and accommodating. I recently lost all my keys, I went into the office and spoke to Joe. He was very friendly, thorough and efficient. I felt silly as it is about losing my keys. He went and cut off my lock, got my a new lock. It was super quick! It's like he was The Flash! Thank you Joe for not making me feel silly for the whole key thing and for being super fast!

As a first time renter at your storage facility I was extremely happy with everything.

The moment I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman who i believe us your property manager, he was very courteous and professional. He gave me information on all the questions I had and was thorough explaining all the property rules as well as all the rates and current specials you are running. His attention to detail in handling my needs for a storage were above and beyond and I want to thank you. In no time he was able to help me pick the unit I needed handle all the paperwork with me and make sure I new where it was on the property as well as that the light worked in my unit and it was spotless upon entering to view it.

I have worked in hospitality industry for 35 plus years and can honestly say his attention to detail and explaining everything along with his very friendly courteous attitude lends to his excellent customer service skills.
I am very pleased with the unit as it is just right for my needs and I will recommend your property particularly this one to slll my friends and people I know who need a storage unit 10 stars for having someone as professional and experienced as he is and the property is immaculately clean and perfectly maintained. It shows he takes great care in his work and his job.

It’s rare to find customer service this solid these days, and it made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

As for security, they take it seriously. Between the gated entry, cameras, and clean, well-lit grounds, I felt completely comfortable leaving my items here. It’s clear that this isn’t one of those rundown, forgotten storage places—everything is in great condition, and it shows.

The units themselves are clean, easily accessible, and available in a range of sizes. I had no issues getting in and out, and the whole experience was hassle-free from start to finish.
