I have had My storage at SecureSpace storage on W. Hedding for 3 years now, and I've interacted with many employees, but out of all of them, if I were to recommend one for a promotion and raise, it would be Courtney! She's phenomenal. She's very helpful, and knowledgeable. She exemplifies what excellent customer service looks like. She has a warm, genuine, heartfelt presence; and in today's times there just isn't a lot of that going around anymore. I really do appreciate her. She goes above and beyond!

One of the best places to get a storage location for your items. Great customer service. Alicia and Courtney are awesome. They go way and beyond to ensure the customer service is well met. I love this place and I continue to store my items at this location. Their customer service is so awesome. That's why I continue to stay.

This facility has a significant rat problem. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I rented a unit in January 2024, and for several months, everything was fine. However, in August 2024, I discovered rat feces on my belongings. I reported it, and while the office was apologetic, the issue continued. I set a trap, caught a rat, and cleaned the unit. Everything seemed fine until January 2025, when I found droppings again. I caught two rats within 24 hours and discovered damage to my property. At this point, I had no choice but to move out.

I rented a storage space , because the manager Alycia was so informative , polite , and very inspirational . It has been a very pleasant experience renting from this facility . I would recommend it to anyone .

Alicia is exactly what you want in management. I reserved the wrong size space and she showed me all my options quickly and painlessly got me situated into a great space. The place is super clean and have not had a problem with spiders or rats. Definitely reccomend this place.

Rats everywhere. Don’t house your belongings here unless you want them chewed through. The staff is helpful until they’re not. We had a death in the family and they were initially human about it but then denied any sort of refund for another month even though we were out by the 1st. Oh and they couldn’t be bothered to just communicate that to me directly so I had to chase them for them to tell me to screw off. Not to mention I NEVER authorized them to perform recurring charges on my card. There are so many other storage places. Go with another.

I have been storing my stuff here for going on four years now. But in that four years I've not gone there only one time. But I realized that I hade forgotten my entry pass code. I kinda expected that the manager may be unsympathetic to why I had forgotten the pass code but I was wrong. She helped with finding my pass code.,not just once, but twice in one day. Thank you so much for all of the help and keep up the great work. You've gotten my loyalty. I'll be referring this place to EVERY PERSON WHO NEEDS TO FIND A STORAGE . This is the kind of management that is needed for success.
