The process flowed by in a manner that made sense and reassured me all the bases were covered. This was on a Sunday which raised the stakes on every other step in what is called moving but, everything went well. From the first search to assistance when I first access the unit it felt right and was right. Professional, component and a value. Thanks Secure Lock-N-Store Self Storage!

Still loving it! At least twice the value of the unit I had in Mineral Wells. Update still just as pleased with the facility and even more with the people as I was in the begining. They do a super job!

I have been a member of Lock N Store for over a year now and I've had nothing but a great experience, I've had multiple storage units there and anytime I had a question for anything I could call and get an answer immediately, I've never been uneasy about my things in my storage being unsafe and the location is very convenient. They are making improvements on the facility and they are doing a great job I wouldn't want my things anywhere else. The pricing for these storage units is very reasonable , the units are clean as well.

It’s a easy and accessible there was something that went wrong with the website that gave us the wrong code but it got fixed with one phone call and in less than a minutes we where able to get into our unit
