I loved Reeves propane for 8 years- until they were bought by another company (Scott) I’ve called and called and called to resolve the issue resolving no website to pay or keep up with my account. While pleasant- no return calls. I’m told might never get one so set tight. HA. paper bills say nothing and I’m disabled so don’t receive them. Good thing I own my own tank.

I've been a customer for 6 years now and have had no complaints until recently when I really need some customer service. I called Reeves on jan 24th.to request service on a gas leak. An appt was made to send a crew out 14 days later. I received a voicemail today saying it will be sometime next week now before they could send their crew because they're busy on trucks. 16 days later. I expected more from Reeves. I'm still losing gas.

Reeves Propane Went WAY Over and Beyond !!

We are in the middle of frigid Winter Storm Uri right now. Being a renter, I waited until the last minute to order more propane. When my delivery day came, it was frigid cold, wind blowing, and we had the beginnings of snow. They had too many deliveries to make mine that day, others had already run out of propane. I did not mind waiting. The next afternoon, a Saturday, I called and the trucks were still out making deliveries. Reeves Propane delivered my propane at 9:30PM at NIGHT so I would not run out. I've never seen a propane company that took this good of care of their customers before in my LIFE! I will not use another propane company as long as I am in their delivery area. They are the BEST!!

The owner is pushing the employees to give poor customer service out of his own greed. Furthermore, they charged me .20 cents more than my other family members. I would not suggest this company to anyone because of his business practices.
