Started parking here in the beginning of the year and ended up parking multiple of our trucks here. Never had an issue with any of our trucks. The owners take this business seriously and have kept up on yard maintenance. Highly recommended this place to anybody looking for a safe place to park!

Everything was PERFECT up until about 2 months ago. Returned to the yard to drop equipment off and someone was parked in our spot, a spot that we've occupied for close to one year. Was told that our spot was accidentally given out to someone else while the owners were on vacation. Understandable, accidents happen but fix it! My spouse has been speaking with the owners for about 2 months and our spot is still occupied by someone else. The particular spot is preferred due to it being in a well lit area. I called on behalf of my spouse with no returned phone call. Maybe this review will elicit a response.

Nothing like this has been brought to your attention? Please refer to the attached photos. My ever so kind husband has communicated with you about this and you stated you would contact the person in his spot. He has been in spot 74 since about August of last year also illustrated in the photos.He has tried to give you ample time to rectify the issue but it seems like it takes a more assertive approach. I'm not understanding why you're answering reviews instead of answering the phone or replying to the voicemail...or even reply to him as he is the one who brought it to your attention initially!

We love this new parking space. The owners live on site which makes us feel more secure about leaving our new investment parked here. The grounds are well maintained and the process to lease was easy and efficient.

This New Gated Parking Lot has Wide open spaces for parking, is well lit, and the owners live on site. They even offer short term (daily and weekly) parking.

Great place to store any vehicle or large truck and RV. Large lot with plenty of room to get turned around all rock pads that are solid with nice wide entrance and keypad gate for security. Owners onsite to help with any problems.

Great parking option in Katy! Great layout, very accessible. Not far from I-10. Plenty of lighting, too. Quick and great customer service.
