The worst freight forwarding company we have worked with. They did not coordinate all the information they needed with the shipper so the shipment got held up in customs. Then they said it wasn't because of documentation although they called me and I have a voicemail saying otherwise. They also charged US customs holding fees because they were not prepared to receive it and didn't pick up the shipment. Then they said they would not pick up the shipment and deliver to us until they received payment in their bank account. Now, this seems logical except they provided us the bill the day they wanted payment. They also would only take wire or bank transfer which takes over 24hrs. This all happened 2 days after the date they said it would be delivered. They are not professional and do not have their act together. We have used numerous freight forwarders and they have been the worst.
