Driving North in the left lane, on I-75 this afternoon, and one of their trucks totally disregards that I am passing in the left lane and almost hits me. Then he proceeds to block the left lane for a good 5 miles. He never passes anyone, he just drives at a speed of 65 mph and blocks the fast lane.
I won't mention that this is against the law, but I do plan to contact State Patrol and the Office of Commercial Vehicle Enforcement.

Judging from the other comments left in these reviews, as well as my own experience, it is apparent that the owner has a blatant disregard for safety and proper training of their drivers. This is criminal and I hope they are punished to the fullest extent of the law.

Scales is not a bad company if you do not want to work and earn money, there is no communication between the load masters and the dispatchers, there is no organization in the office, saffety is constantly taking points from your csa for things that can not be avoided on the road and they restrict the speed of the truck to 65, they do not plan the trips well, many miles are gone that they pay you, the workshop is a joke, you take your truck with the engine light on and they erase the code and tell you that everything is fine, and after 3 months your check starts to lose trips and you have to send them proof of your bowl so that they pay you and they blame you for not sending on time, they lie to you from the first day, volume hires you and tells you that you will be at home on weekends and one or another day at home and when you get to Scales you do not even have home time in short if you are lazy and you are not interested in earning money work for them, They are good people but they don't know how to run a business

There comes a time in everyone’s life to close one door so another may open. There’s only one opportunity that could have taken me from here and I was blessed to have it work out. Like new equipment, great people in the office, lots of routes and accounts to try out and have drivers that live everywhere. Put in the work and you will be given work. Everyone’s experience is different but mine was absolutely positive. I made good money was home everyday and everyone in the office looked out for me and it’s appreciated. Going to miss everyone. Special shout out to Tracey, for with her guidance her firm but fair constructive criticisms when I messed up and her positivity and congratulations when you improved or did a good job. In a world that can be dark and pointless, she was one of many rays of sunshine that made coming to work a joy. I wouldn’t be the driver I am today (the same driver that got a once in a lifetime job) without her. Thank you for your trust, the experience and never forget, safety first

Scales not a bad company pay is just below average. If you a driver out of Macon and is on TSC account you prob only get 1,800 to 2,300 miles a week. That’s in 6 days. The lady Tracey is gonna ask you to leave a review on the company so most good reviews not really genuine. Whenever you decide to leave they gonna keep your check so make sure you had money stacked like I did.

Scales is pretty decent…. Friendly staffing for the most part..they aren’t at the top of the list but for sure they are not at the bottom! Ms Tracy is the heartbeat of the company…She’s a cool sexy old lady that ride bikes and gives great advice!

I wasn't going to leave a review but just be careful about what you sign up for, the took my last check after I was courteous enough to put in my 2 week notice. They don't preassign any loads so be prepared to call in every morning 7 a.m. if you wanna work that day
