I am not reviewing the product. I ordered the product before verifying with my installer for granite counter tops, that they were able to make the cuts required for installation. My installer was not able to. My problem is with the return policy. They charge a 25% restock fee on top of requiring the customer to pay for return shipping. Quite excessive for a product they will turn around and resell as new.

Customer service was very good and responsive. They took the time to answer all of our questions and volunteered to speak to our fabricator.

The only issue is not with the product, but with the fabricators. Ensure you choose one that’s done this before or make sure they at least read the instructions before they try to install it. Ours obviously did not read the instructions.

I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to ordering. The worst customer service I have experienced in years. Item arrived damaged and returning it has been nightmare. I would never order from them again

Product is fine. Return policy is not. Construction, covid, etc. need to have more than a 30 day return policy.
