I’m a trucker’s wife and the wait time is ridiculous. Dropped off a load early, about 930am, and was told the earliest to check in for next pick up is 11am. Checked in and they said empty trailer isn’t ready and to park in 711. Two and half hour wait to pick up an empty!!! An empty now!!!! Get it together Amazon!!!!

Terrible experience at this location. No one seemed to know where to send me from the gate to shipping/receiving. I spent over an hour going in circles, with staff passing responsibility from one person to another. Poor communication and organization wasted a lot of time.

This is a terrible place. There’s never anyone at check-in, and you have to wait at least 40 minutes.🤮🤮

Not a bad place to visit. Very busy. Fun place to work if you actually go there to work and stay out of the high school clicks for drama.

Just go to work, work and go home.

This is my top worst facility ever. I have been to this facility for 2 times only and they like to cancel at the end (just for fun) after I checked in and trailer had been assigned.

So, please let me know if you had such an incident and comment here so other drivers are aware.

Google please consider “no star” evaluation so we could give proper feedback to some facilities/services.

If you want to come to transfer here, realize that this building has favoritism nights and days. They hire people to PA’s if they’re a favorite by the hiring manager.HR is questionable if they are qualified to be working as HR since they be messing up almost the whole buildings hours.Management here is a joke, they let this building become a laid back place where they overwork the people who aren’t their favorites and don’t care if their favorites are taking extra breaks or TOT. If OSHA or corporate sees this , mind the amount of policies that are being broken.
1.Pallets aren’t being wrapped incorrectly in the building , that are put into trailers and on the racks for the Pickers driving machinery. This has been happening since the building opened and I told safety and they didn’t care.

2- About 25% of the building has their hair down, while working near conveyers

3-Standard work for stow is never been followed since the building opened.example:items falling out of bins while driving machinery could cause potential death.

4- Supposedly the decibels in the building are “safe” according to safety leaders in our building, then why does my Apple Watch tell me 120 decibel warning while passing Pack and ship dock.

5-Safety Rarely do their job, they do their tasks that they need to do . But make accommodation associates do their work. 75% of the time they’re eating in the office. Or if you tell them a safety risk they just brush it off.

6- About75% of the people driving machinery Operated Pits/ Fork lift don’t stop at stop signs. I’ve told safety about a bunch of people and they didn’t even care.

Take serious precautions , when parking, because our employee message board, said someone was leaving the end of shift, and a vehicle was a victim of catalytic converter thefts. security inside the facilities at ont5 [twinbuilding] are very serious all of them are taking visitors seriously are on monitor watch. With only about 3 gaurds Monitor screens that have a visual of the parking lot and are turned offs ,,, in area. ont2 guard checks very strange someone needs to supervises these gaurd cubicles and train them explain to them that pc monitors should be turned on during their shifts go for yourslef and look graveyard employees speak up for yourselves!

Constant rejections of loads bc of understaffed or second shift is starting. Costing customer way to much money.
