This place is awesome. I rented a storage somewhere else and when it came time to move in I found my storage unit locked ultimatly leaving me stranded with no where to put my stuff on a Saturday evening. Saves u Spsce saved the day. I called all the surrounding places but no one answered. At almost 6 pm Save u Space not only answered but let me reserve 2 units (that is all they had available) over the phone and I moved my stuff in the next morning. They were very nice and flexible. Thank you for being so accommodating.

This is by far the only storage place to go to. The premises and units are cleaned and well maintained. Security is amazing, and the owners Kristina and Scott are two of the most amazing people I've ever known. They have been so kind to my wife and I, and more than understanding. I can't say enough good things about them or their business, but if I could give more stars I absolutely would.

I had issues from the beginning. I moved to the area from Stockton with a U-haul containing everything I own. I paid for my unit a couple days prior to moving. The lady I spoke with took my payment told me the gate code would be the last 4 digits of my phone number. Get there and the gate code didn’t work I text them on a Friday during business hours at about 2:30pm. Not hearing anything back from them we unloaded my stuff into my dads garage had to return the uhual then finally received a text at about 9 pm that night with a temporary code . Pretty irritated by then we loaded everything into my dads truck to take to the unit. A month later taking more items to my unit that temporarily code didn’t work either. Wasn’t notified with my code until I reached out to them for it. Now finding a place I text them asking what their policy is on notice. He said 30 days or close to. I gave my notice I received a text saying “I will put you down for a move out for the end of the month. Just make sure everything is out before the first otherwise February will be due as well.” I moved my stuff out the 1/18. My fault was I didn’t notify them the moment I moved out of the unit, working full time cleaning my new place having a lot going on. I get a call from Mel on 1/24 telling me I will be liable to pay for the month of February. Luckily I saved text between us I’m no longer liable for February. Really only writing this because he asked for the review. So all and all I would save the headache and go elsewhere.

My fiancé and I have used saves u space storage for many many years and when we heard they would be selling and under new management I have to admit, we were a bit worried, but the new managers (Kristina and Scott) are just as amazing as the previous owners!! There have been a few times when life was rough and paying our bill would've been a decision between paying our storage or putting food on our table to feed our children but we would just talk to them explain our situation and these wonderful people were just so understanding even when a few mnths would pass by.. communication is key with them! And a few months ago when we lost our apartment and were making what seemed like endless trips to our storage I remember one night I had arrived at their locked gate just a few mins past the time when the gates are locked for good for the night til morning and we had 2 truck beds and a trailer full that needed to be put in our storage and if we weren't able to get it in it probably would've all been ruined because it was supposed to begin raining again (and mind you I was already having such a horrible day, not to mention beyond exhausted) but I texted Kristina (owner) from the number I had got off the door and she was able to give me a one-time code that got me in. I don't know if she knows what she did for me that night or if she knows how greatful I was/am but one day hopefully soon I would really love to do something special for them! They really saved us that night! I could go on and on about this place but just know these are good-hearted people and oh another thing is that we never ever had any issues with rodents or pests not like when had our stuff at Mallard mini storage ewww mallard left alot of my stuff disgusting with rat urine and ants.. well saves-u-space always keeps their lot free of any pests and rodents u will never have to worry about that either!!!
