Easy check in. Guard comes in at 8 , have your DOT number ready. There is parking on the street, enough room for 10 trucks maybe. No overnight parking on sav a lot property. Check in with guard they will call with a door, back into door then take paperwork to receiving office. Took them a little long about 2 hours to unload two pallets. Then I was able to park all night on the street. Not a bad experience at all for me.

Arrived at 8pm for a 2am appointment. No available parking on the street, (already crowded). Went to Pilot to park for awhile. Returned and checked in at 11:40pm. Street still crowded with trucks.

Guard was pleasant. Need your DOT# to ✅ in. Yard jockey was helpful with explaining the layout of the facility. He also apologized for the disarray, but informed me that the parking lots were being paved currently leading to the apparent clutter.

Got a door at around 1am. Tight. Very difficult to get into the door due to trailers dropped opposite the dock doors. Slow unload. Call to pickup paperwork at 6:39am. Burnt a lot of hours. 2.5 hours late for my next stop. Not really a good experience. I gave 3 stars because ALL of the staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant, ( including the receiving clerks who I failed to mention.)

I been to only one sav a lot in my life and that’s in Virginia. Load paid good so I took shot of this one. Oh boy they are the worse ones as any of their other facilities. Their docks are narrow tight you have to back to the door from blind sides. Due to rock solid snow piles in their facilities edges. I literally had to manoeuvre my truck hit the snow piles and bent my Charome bumper. I don’t know what type of people they hire to engineer their building but they sure don’t think of us truckers how in the hell we are gonna be able to fit that 53ft trailer along with tractor in their docks. This is my first and last delivery to any sav a lot. I just hate their way of operating

Night recevier Parking on the street at least 10 trucks check in with security gaurd first and they will give you call .Have your dot ready

Service is horrible. No one at the receiving office. Forklift drivers act like it’s difficult to stop an try to get someone. Been sitting at this window for 30 minutes with no contact. Where is management. Once again another company that doesn’t value drivers. Ridiculous.

There is parking available before and after delivery on the street. Check in was easy and the friendly staff were helpful. Had an 11 pm appointment and arrived at 5pm. Was checked in at 8pm, at a door by 10 pm and parked on the street with my paperwork by 1230am. A+ would deliver again. Thank you!

Pulled in 1 hour early, got door right away, called to get paperwork in under 1 hour. Would definitely come back.

This was for a live unload and the first time I delivered at this particular Save A Lot. I looked at the address on google earth and also saw reviews that said parking was limited. I mistakenly thought that parking was crowded but probably some available along the road leading to the facility. Nope! When you turn into the distribution center driveway there are trucks lined up on both sides of the road. You just have to do the best you can to be out of the way while you check in. As prior reviews have mentioned, park and walk to the guard shack on the left. Bring your DOT number and paperwork. My appointment was at 0145. Arrived at midnight, I was given a door almost immediately. There is ample room to set up and back up. The truck was unloaded and out by 0424. I thought that was reasonable considering how busy they were. My air brakes decided to malfunction while I was there and the security and office staff were kind and understanding even though I was stuck and temporarily blocking traffic and had to have repair tech come on site to get me going again. It was a mess but they rolled with it. Thanks everybody! 🙂
