IF YOU HAVE REJECTED PRODUCT FROM THIS RECEIVER take it to the salvation army in North Highlands off of Orange Grove Rd. They are plenty large enough for a truck and will gladly accept produce. Brought them 5 pallets of rejected tomatoes and peppers. Much appreciated.

That being said. This place is pretty bad. Other than the overnight parking and large backing area there aren't many redeeming qualities. Drive to the end of the road and pull into their staging area. Call the number on the guard shack and it gives you a voice mail to leave your PO# and phone#. Got called for a door at around 0500 for my 0430 appt which was good. They give you a dock# when they call you. Then stop at the guard for your gate pass. Open doors and put paperwork in the back, drivers not allowed in building.

GREEN LIGHT MEANS YOUR DONE. No one told me that so after 3 hours in the dock I fell asleep. Woke up at 1300 to a green light but drive gauge weight still read 20k (turns out they rejected 5 out of their 9 pallets). So tracked a guy down in their little break room tent area outside. Guy said he tried to call me hours ago but I never answered. Showed him I had no missed calls or voice mail. He just kinda shrugged his shoulders and said nothing. My truck was in dock 64 right next to their little tent, did anyone think to knock? Of course not. Very much a "not my job" mentality at this location. Fair warning.

Oh and the port a potties are gross and have no TP, if you gotta go bring your own with you.

Very slow here one of the worst receiving warehouses trucks spend hours at the dock doors dirty bathroom was disgusting made me late to my pick up rescheduled next day be prepared to spend 5-7 hours that too with dry load imagine if you’re a reefer 😳come early as possible in the morning for delivery so you can make it to your next pick up.

Straight forward. Call the number to check in. If you call and get the voicemail just leave your po number and phone number and they will call you when they have a door for you. Arrived at 02:30 and got the last spot in the staging area. Got a dock at 07:00 and was unloaded around 11:00. Only had 11 pallets, but they had to be broken down, so it took a while. Not to bad

Be prepared to be here for a while don't book any early loads or at least give you self 4-5 hours of doown time. My appointment was for 0400 got a door at 0430 left facility @ 0945 missed my final drop and next load .

They start unloading 4.30 am some time they no call you have to call shipping office again 4.30 they provide door right way they take 4 5 hours to unload

This place still on business because of stupid Drivers like me accept loads here.
Technology is a dangerous tool in the wrong hands, you can get unloaded in 1 hour and spend 3 waiting for paperwork

Well they have a staging area and the unloading process was not as bad as some people say. I didnt deal with any rude women at the guard shack just a nice old dude and they had me in and and out within 2 hours. I cant speak on everybody elses experience but mines went smooth
