Supposedly this place implemented an appointment system to help with load times, but doesn't seem to be making a difference as the forklift drivers seem to be really dragging getting guys loaded. I can't forsee myself ever willingly coming back here to get a load. As I type this there must be a dozen plus trucks behind me lined up on the street leading to the building. Office folks inside were great though, only reason for 2 stars. Invest in better workers outside the office.

this place is a joke, whoever owns this place must fire everyone, they just sitting and drinking coffees, ladies at checkin scrolling on tiktok and had no clue about the order trucks are getting loaded

I understand why this place has so many bad reviews. Appointment was set for 10am. Still sitting after three and a half hours. I would definitely recommend to stay away from this place. The one good thing is the ladies in the office, awesome job and really nice.

They are so slow loading. On average I'm there 4hrs. Even when you are on time for appt they load first come first serve except for there favorites. They pull them around you and since it takes them over an hour to load a load of lumber it takes forever to get loaded. Most of their forklift drivers are the slowest loaders in al. Noone is supervising these guys. I've been pu here almost 20yrs and it's never been this bad. It went from 2hrs to 4hrs

Come here and waste your time if you picking up load ..sign says appointment only, you come you don't understand its not Even FCFS. They got trucks they want... First time here Last time here ... Good luck

Been to this place twice 1st time they said my load wasn’t ready then the 2nd time was today was told the previous day to come at 5am by a forklift driver the next day to get loaded they made me wait til 7am then the lady at the check in window after i stated the forklift driver told me to come at 5am she steady talking bout who is they learn some professionalism then they told my company i wasn’t there at 5am like i don’t have cameras and documentation showing i was there at 5am i hope they don’t send me back here?

Waited two hours for forklift driver afther check in another 2 hours getting loaded in the most of all that forklift driver states his fork lift needs to be refueled smh currently still waiting to get loaded drive clock is trickling down
