I called the day before to arrange a taxi for my 5:15 am flight and no one showed. They confirmed over the phone and I even sent a text confirming the ride and no show. I called them and they said they had nothing on their books, did not apologize and could not send someone right out to get us. Thank god and Uber driver was available or we would have never made our flight. I’ll never call them again!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I let a gentleman borrow my phone to call for a cab to pick him up at the emergency room, they said they would come. Then I called back about an hour later cause they had not come for the gentleman and the person who was answering the phone was extremely rude and tried to tell me they came and pulled up to the door but no one got in. They definitely did not do that as I am sitting outside waiting for my daughter also so I let him know that no yellow cab pulled up. He proceeded to argue with me and tell me I was lying. Extremely rude and extremely unprofessional.

Horrible attitude, started honking in my driveway as I sprained my foot and was doing my best to hurry. The driver said, I have to be somewhere in 10 minutes!!! He took off in a rush to the freeway onramp and sped up to 92 MPH in the fast lane!!! We were going to La Cumbre and I was scared for my life, even my husband looked shocked! He was a very bad driver, and swerved into the middle lane to get to the slow lane to exit....He was rude, and took our lives in his hands, I will switch to Uber and never use this local service again, ever!!

Totally unreliable. Called them for a ride and they said they will be in 10-15 mins. And never showed up. And I missed my train. Never trust this service and horrible feeling when I called them back up and no one picks for 10 attempts. And finally when they answered they don’t even acknowledge that they were supposed to show up to pick me for my ride to train station. I can’t use bad language but just disgusting feeling about their service and attitude.

Yellow cab almost ran over my elderly dog this morning in Santa Barbara. It was not busy, and we don’t go jumping into streets. The safety of our dog is our priority. We saw the cab stalled and we had the right of way. Once we were in the street we saw the cab turn left towards us as it continued looking right and we had to yell for the driver to stop and see us. He never apologized, he just worked his way behind us and kept driving. Use this service if you want to be part of their impending hit and run.

ULTRA professional employees! I left my expensive prescription sunglasses in the taxi-van going from the Santa Barbara airport. I called them. They went WAY out of their way to bring me my glasses. Like, WAY out of their way. I think a few employees were involved to make this happen. It was magical. My trip was not ruined (prescription sunglasses) by their kindness and professionalism and actual caring!!! Don’t get Uber…..take this taxi service like I did. Thank you to you all who helped me at Yellow Taxi!

Earlier today I was cut off in a parking lot by one of these cabs. He fully ran a stop sign without stopping and nearly hit my car as well as two others. When I honked he gave me the middle finger. Seriously terrible drivers behind these cabs.
