Great service! We were able to buy some shipping boxes for a case of wine so we could fly home with all the wine we picked up while we were here. You can also pay to ship it back too if you don't want to fly with it.

Santa Barbara Pack and Post... Simply amazing service. I can not recommend them enough! Kristy and Preston were extremely helpful with my cross country regarding some delicate cargo! Once I provided them with all of the details needed, a crate was made, loaded and sealed for shipment. The crate arrived safe and sound with no worries on my end. From CA to FL in a just 8 days! 5/5 stars

They are extremely professional and we've just renewed our contract w them for our PO box but even better the address assigned to us reads, for example, (Unit 1) instead of PO box 1, which gives customers an actual address to receive and send mail from. We absolutely LOVE the girls who work up front. They're always smiling and extremely helpful everytime we walk through the door and they know us by name and took the time to get to know us. I highly recommend this place for your outgoing and incoming mail needs. 5 Stars across the board! I'd give them a trillion stars if I could♡

Ted at Pack and Post is our hero! We had an emergency, long distance shipping crisis and he took superb care of us every step of the way. He went well above and beyond what we asked him to do - it was like having a friend take care of us when we weren't there to do it ourselves. Truly the best customer service I've ever experienced, and then some! Use them first, and with confidence. Look no further.

What a GREAT service and experience.
My wife and I purchased several fragile items during our visit to the USA, requiring packing for check in with Qantas on our return flight to Australia. We loaded all the items into a large suitcase, and handed the items over to Dom, at Pack & Post. We returned two days later to pick up the large box containing our items. The initial quote was $75 which we thought was very reasonable, but we were only charged $65.
When we finally made it home in Australia, to unpack the items, we were amazed at how ell the items had been secured with bubble wrap and placed in smaller boxes, before being placed in the large box.
I had also requested handles to be available on the large box to facilitate handling at the airport, which was also delivered.
Having relocated and travelled over the World, experiencing the pros and cons of packing and boxing, I have no hesitation in recommending Pack & Post. you will to be disappointed.

Santa Barbara UPS Store is very rigid in their pricing and customer service. Santa Barbara Pack and Post has better service and better prices than the UPS Store.
