Friendly service by Gilbert however the paperwork process of renting a space is like nothing I’ve experienced. Gilbert joked that people often comment “I’m not buying a house” which is very understandable. We were happy that they offer ground floor with fair pricing, but concerned to find a homeless person camping inside the unit when we arrived. Couple that with the fact that we can’t use our own code lock, and we have to use a keyed lock with the key held by the staff. We also appreciated the use of a free moving truck. Overall a different experience but not a bad one.

I have been with San Juan Self Storage for nearly 10 years. Brandy has ALWAYS been extremely helpful! She continues to go above and beyond and really cares about her customers. I went by about 2 months ago and looked at a unit. I told Brandi the type of unit I needed (one I could back a tailor into). She put me on a waiting list. When she called me back last week and told me she had one I was pumped. I came by with my 5yo son and she took us on the golf cart to go see the unit. She took the long route because he was loving it. I went back today to sign the paperwork and drop my trailer off. The staff is professional and friendly.

Brandy is amazing. She was friendly, patient with my questions, and very accommodating. My Dad rented a couple of units here several years ago, & I really liked their security. Now that I’m looking for storage, I’m renting a unit at Pouch too.
