I had been frantically searching for an auto shipping company to transport my car from Los Angeles to Buffalo NY. I had researched alot of companies online to get a quote. With auto shipping- once your personal information is entered online, your data gets sold to a 3rd party company who have agents who call you from overseas and offer you extremely cheap rates to ship your vehicle. They hound you constantly for a deposit and after you give them your CC info, they disappear or negotiate a higher rate with the actual driver who then doesn't hand over your keys upon delivery until paid in full. I came across Agent Jason Bracken who not only explained the process to me step by step, but accepted all my constant calls (minimum 5 times a day) and answered all my repetitive questions with the utmost amount of patience at every call. He negotiated a fair rate with the driver, liased the pick up with the driver, liased the drop off with the driver as well and provided me with exemplary customer service at every step of the way. He was true to his word and promises. He was very courteous, confident, attentive, knowledgeable and supportive of my situation which caused me anxiety and uncertainty with so many scams active in the auto transport industry. My order number was 17049641 with his company. This man is an asset to any organization he works with! I was very pleased with his level of knowledge, customer service and most importantly- trust!
