Arrived at 3:45 pm for a 5pm appointment , after checking in was told to park on side until called. Was called at 6 loaded and out by 7. Not too bad considering reviews. GPS accurate staff seemed polite.

Please don’t waste your time or ELD clock at this place. Bad attitudes, poor communication, and extremely slow loading times across-the-board. They don’t allow overnight parking but yet will take five hours to load you.

Wish I had read the reviews before I accepted the load from this place….without a doubt the SLOWEST loading I’ve ever seen. Almost 5+ hours for 24 items to be loaded. At that rate it would take 1-2 days to fully load me. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all cost.

I had apt on Monday at 1pm. Receiving said the apt is tomorrow at 1pm. I checked in at 12:30pm. I had a door right away. 30 later empty.

Read the instructions below you will understand this Samsung place is obviously a waste time.

Sitting out here for 1hr and 30 minutes now getting unloaded and all of a sudden I don't feel my truck or trailer moving anymore. All I see is workers coming out of the building going on break but I'm sitting here and nobody has came to my truck to release me if they are finished unloading me. HORRIBLE and bad business with the lack of communication! About to find corporate email and send them an email.

We purchased a Samsung flip 5 from Samsung less than a year ago. Folding part of screen has malfunction and now we have to jump through hoops to get it fixed. We are in fronllof a authorized repair shop and Samsung will not help. Last a customer

The receiver is awesome. Im always in and out less than 45 min live unload. The security is horrible. I stand out in the cold for 10 min while the lady is checking me in and chitchatting with every car that comes in. Check out is the same thing. Today I played dumb and drove past the gate without stopping to check out. Aint nobody got time for that nonsense. Checking in shouldn't be more than 5 min and Checking out shouldn't be more than 2 min.
