This Sampaguita Cargo Forwarders used to be Reliable.Since the management change, Costumer who sent Cargo Boxes started posting their Missing Balikbayan Boxes and no where to find. If you call their Hot Line I experienced all day waiting for someone to answer my call, then after 3 days they send you message thru text messages and give you the details of their business from pricing,pickup etc.Not Reliable!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I'm scheduled for Sunday but u guys change it to Monday and u guys wants me to call first on Monday? I'm a customer and so what if ur warehouse is full. First of all sira na nga kayo saken the first time na nirecommend kayo and u guys supposed to come between 3-5pm on Feb 28 but y'all showed up almost 11pm tapos eto na naman!!! U guys are so unprofessional mura nga kayo bagsak ang service nyo!!! I GUESS U GET WHAT U PAID FOR!!!

Their courier who picks up balikbayan boxes for the Philippines, is rude and disrespectful. My mom has been calling them to follow up on a balikbayan box she sent to the Philippines as it was long overdue. Aris, the Courier rudely yelled at my mom not to call and to just use other cargo services if she keeps on calling. What a way to treat customers. Do not use this cargo services!

It's almost 4 months my box were not received yet as of this time. They have too many excuses & didn't answer my message, it should take 45 days. I understand bec for pandemic but it's too much it's almost 4 months!!!!!
