I filed a complaint against them through Texas Attorney General. Don't rent from them. Big mistake. The idea is fancy but the reality is not. They just enter your suite to deliver packages under "concierge service" and in that way, the saltbox employees can have an idea about what you store so they can be partner with criminals or talk to people. There are many burglary cases and they just cover it. I have police reports and we lost more than 80k. They are still searching the suspect and suspect is criminal with a long record. They let criminals in and they partner with criminals because there is a huge negligence .Their head office in Georgia so if you want to sue them then you need to find an attorney in GA to sue them and GA protects corps. So they make things complicated. They don't pay for any loss and they don't want to take any responsibility. They just want to wash hands and walk away. Who deals with GA Law? They just try to attract investors and keep their financial statements shiny. That is it. They have missing master keys to open every single door there etc. I have a statement from former employee. For our case, It turned out that the suspect is the next-door suite's partner-friend-employee's ex-husband so how come he knew that we had the merchandise? There are 100 suites there why us? No one enters our suite except Saltbox employees.The management and that suite are close friends and the suspect is their facebook friend. They knew him and they let him in. We are not the only ones who suffer. There are many police reports and one of them is the same suspect!!! So I'm sure Texas Attorney General will dig deep. I'm also planning to file complaint for Georgia Attorney General too.

We love working out of the Saltbox! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and readily available for anything and everything that may come up. Packages, deliveries, and mail always make it right to our office space, and the conference rooms are always clean and make coordinating large virtual meetings a breeze.

I LOVE Salt Box! This is the place to be if you are an e-commerce business owner. For a warehouse, the amenities are beautiful. Salt Box has units available according to the needs of your inventory. It is also a fulfillment center and you can ship out any small or large size packages to UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS. At Salt Box, you have access to the huddle rooms for meetings. They have office spaces available for rent too! Great krchen space with a coffee maker that makes over 10 different styles of coffee.Last but certainly NOT least, the staff is AMAZING!! If you need anything, at all, they will help and get it done!
