If you come to the warehouse on 137 prosperity drive in Gardern City as a truck driver just be aware if your picking up a trailer even if the trailer is loaded by noon the won’t get the paperwork for your bills til 1800. People are nice here and they cant do anything at this location about it. They get it sent over to them.

Staff is unprofessional and unorganized and refuse to admit or except their mistakes. Loads being found for company doesn't have the driver in mind to make a fair profit so drivers will never fully stay put. False information should never be spoken or placed on a driver record; NEVER. Those that sit in an air conditioned office should ALWAYS be available to the drivers. A driver shouldn't be dispatched and call and text the office with a problem in the ports that THEY MESSED UP FOR ME AND MY TIME. But I couldn't get in contact with the office through 5 phone calls and 3 text messages with NO ANSWER. AND they get upset with you because you upset with them for not understanding how the Correct information should be given the First time or be available for communication. I'm NEVER paid for my wait for the OFFICE MISTAKES. When 5 people are in a office and no one answers a driver call at THAT time a driver could have needed them in very worst and important situations so the office shouldn't lie on why they couldn't answer me for over an hour on a DISPATCH. The office has pickings on whichever Man they like 🙄 or make them smile gets the best loads and better checks but me being the only company female driver at the time smiling and encouraging them daily got the worst dispatch. When I received a 3rd 600 check when drivers talk I felt I was being used abused and mistreated again. I told I was gone give my 2 weeks in because the COMPANY has potential but the staff is not in real experience of driver relations. But I requested the 2 weeks so I could possibly come back when they get rid of the problems but in true female hating plotting fashion a few days later I was written up for 3 false VIOLATION that couldn't be possible if I was driving everyday; but they call themselves terminating me before I quit🤷. I've never been fired so I'm just waiting for feed back and the information the company is allowing these people to put on my record. When hiring a DISPATCH and whoever find the loads, Personality is Key. Education is not what trucking is about and we most have it. But Personality got me to impress the scale house to not pull me in on every passing after the company CSA score rose from a texting and driving accident. I was forced out of a unfair and uncomfortable environment and I'm really CONTENT with that. I can't let my license be disrespected by those who don't take them seriously anyway.
