Very nice and friendly staff
Some drivers complain about slowly unloading but for me it's the best place to get a rest and very nice canteen with delicious food from the kitchen

I had to deliver here a few days ago and after reading the reviews I wasn't looking forward to it, I needn't have worried, the only problem is getting to it is a bit slow but it's london and the yard is small so not the best to turn. I'm a newish driver so I spoke to the shunter for a bit of advice on the best way to approach getting onto the bay. He was probably the friendliest shunter/fella ive met and happily advised me and watch me back onto a bay which I did first time. 35 minutes later I was tipped of 26 pallets and on my way, I'm sure on another day it could have been different but it goes to show that bad reviews don't always paint the full picture, I'd happily go back.

Always a mega slow tip! Plus the waiting rooms are gash! It’s not the best when you have been driving through the night…. Should have pagers like dartford sainsburys so drivers can all sit in the canteen ?‍♂️

Slowest unloading ever. Always waiting around 2h when busy prepare for longer. Seems like they don't have enough Loaders. Busy as hell.

No access, even to the toilet for arriving drivers, you have to ask someone to open the door

Extremely slow tip. You'll be on a bay (assuming you didn't have to wait an hour for one) for at least 2 hours even if you've only got a few pallets. Places like this are one of the reasons why drivers are leaving the industry.
