After my units got flooded at Safe Trust Storage. I was told my the owner there was no mold or mildew. I had to throw all my personal belongings, mattress, furniture and broken dishes away. due to the flooding. I wish he had been honest with me. I cannot recommend this storage facility. It has caused me so much stress, please be careful in renting here. I am a widow that lost her husband’s cameras and everything else.

Convenient location a few minutes away from downtown Ellijay. Indoor climate controlled building with varying sized units to fit everyone's needs. Very clean and brand new rolling closure doors.

Keith, Nicole, and everyone else who works for the facility are fantastic. The owners and staff are genuine people who care about their renters and their personal belongings. They are sincere when they offer help and follow through with their compassion. Not something you always see, especially in a rental business. Hands down, I would recommend them for someone looking for a clean, indoor unit with outstanding customer service!

I couldn’t be more pleased with SafeTrust Storage. The storage facility is super clean, very accessible, and climate controlled which is exactly what I needed. The customer service is outstanding and they even had someone available to assist with moving my items in during specific days/times of the week. Highly recommend!

I’ve placed my valuables in many storage units in different locations over the years and I must say, this storage facility outperformed them all. I was pleasantly surprised with the value provided for the cost of my two units - the staff are incredibly helpful and the storage facility is well maintained, safe, and secure. Thrilled to have found these guys.

Simply put, this is the best storage facility in the local area. I previously rented from a different local provider but ultimately moved my stuff here because they had raised my rates three times within a year and a half. No hidden fees here and the staff is fantastic to deal with.

Great place for storage. They have just about every size unit available and it’s climate controlled. All the units are indoors and they have staff on site to help whenever needed. Great experience.
