I’m am currently on a load for safer logistics I was told the drop will take up to 48 to 72 hours it’s been since Sunday I’ve been trying to get the broker Brody to call me no response I’m at the point of getting my trailer and bring it back where I got it from I will never and strongly advise any trucking company to book with this company it’s Thursday and still no contact back I just call the Home Depot in locust grove,ga and. They told me it will take another 2 weeks to unload this company have until the end of the day to call me

I booked a load with Ashley that was supposed to have a live delivery appointment into a Home depot RDC on Thursday morning at 8am, my driver showed up at 7.30am just to be told that this is a drop trailer load (usually for 48-72 hrs.), which meant that he was going to be stuck with this load at least until Monday the next week. We offered dropping the load into a local carrier warehouse to be redelivered by them or returning it to the shipper, but she refused. We ended up dropping the trailer as the Home depot personnel assured us that it will be ready by the end of the day, eventually it was Mt around four pm.
The aftermath was – we had to cancel two good paying loads following this one and my driver was compensated $150 for this.

Recently dealed with Kristen about Memphis , TN - GA load . So she sent me a Set up packet , after 20 mins once everything is set. I called to her but she did not pick up the phone , when i asked to send the RC . She sent me an email saying " Her co -worker just covered it ". What kinda professionalism is that
