I watched a transaction in front of me and thought it was really poor customer service. She had $220 worth of copies made of some type of blue print/floor plan made. They were larger pieces of print. They did have a lot of extra ink on them. She asked about some type of cylinder container for them . The employee offered to SELL her the inside cardboard that rolls of paper come on that would normally be thrown out. Just seemed in poor taste.

I went to get papers notarized I walked in and asked if they could notarize my papers because I had just called up there and they said they had a notary. They said yes they would need my id. A man comes around and a lady asks “can you notarize” he said yes and then came over with a clip board wrote my id info down and started signing the papers. Never at any point did anyone let me know that I would be paying a fee for the service until after he had already signed the papers! He charged me $5 per paper he signed. I feel like someone should have disclosed to me that there would be a fee because had I known that I would have just went it my bank. The only reason I didn’t is because this place was right down the road.

I'm in here for work all the time and the people who own and work here are great. They always welcome you into the store, they work quickly and diligently and they do not make you feel like you are wasting their time. If you ever need anything shipped, come to these folks.

Wish I could give a 0! Worst customer service I have ever seen in a Safe Ship! Have used for years and spent no telling how much money with them and now they refuse to take my ebay packages! The older gentleman that works there was VERY rude and disrespectful in front of my kids! I dont know why they call there self a Shipping store! Will NEVER go back and strongly recommend NOBODY else too!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎
