I had a great experience. I was 15mins late. They checked me right in with no question asked. Got me a door with in 5mins unloaded in 30mins and omw out. Thanks Saddle Creek for making trucking great again. No overnight parking

OTR: This is Sam's DC. 24/7. Follow appointment time. No overnight parking, no bathroom. Follow instructions. Wait for phone call to get dock assignment. Limited maneuvering into docks. Tandems back, BoL in back. Disconnect from trailer, pull forward. Will get phone call once unloaded / loaded.

This place is the worst!! They only take you up to 30 minutes early for your appointment but can be up to an hour late..... You can not park on the property and will be told to leave within minutes if your early, they tell you to find a truck stop for parking, my appointment is at 06:15am no parking available anywhere in this town at 04:30am screw this place and Sam's club!! They have enough places trucks could park here if they wanted

I have been coming here for over a year now with my carrier. The guard shack has new hires every few months and one employee in particular always gives me attitude. To make it worse, the hundreds of times I've been here, 8/10 times the warehouse gets the trailer weights wrong and I waste hours getting pallets reworked here. Asked my dispatch to stop sending me here. Awful.

Plenty of room to maneuver, easy in and out, scale available. They actually have real restrooms for drivers. Gary at guard shack was very professional, polite and has a sense of humor. It’s nice to have a good experience at a shipper! It doesn’t happen often enough but places like this make our days better.
