My Elevate Pharmacy used them to deliver my meds. They text tracking info with map of drivers location and send update when you're next for delivery. I confirmed my delivery and signed off to leave at my door before hand, so driver rang bell and left package as instructed. I received pictures of delivery confirmation. He came early within timeframe given. No complaints.

Total failure to deliver my cat’s medication on time! Do not use this company. They have bad customer service and fail to deliver your packages on time. They first promised me an ETA from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. They did not show up and the pet pharmacy had to get in touch with them to see what happened. So they gave me a new eta from 3:46 pm to 6:46 pm… once again i waited and nothing happened i got in touch with them myself and they told me the driver experienced some issues so the new eta was from 8:30 pm to 9:00 pm. So i waited again and nothing nobody showed up at 9pm the driver arrived at 9:50 pm and my poor cat did not take his medication on time or at all. What a waste of time.

The driver was the worst. Please don’t take pictures of me if I clearly say No. You already have pictures of my front door, the garage, the porch so there’s no need to take illegal pictures of me, then turn around and post them online
